Questions before you order
Can I order wooden windows and doors for a property in Malta?
Yes. We manufacture bespoke wooden joinery in Sicily for supply to Malta and Gozo. Send us your property location, photographs and drawings so we can discuss the design, delivery and installation arrangements for your project.
Can you help if I live abroad and my property is in Sicily?
Yes. You can begin by sending your plans, photographs and preferences in English. We can coordinate the technical details with your architect or project team. In Sicily, our own installers carry out the fitting.
What is the difference between internal and external shutters?
Sicilian solid internal shutters are fitted to the inside of the glazed window or French door and operated from the room. External shutters sit outside the glazing: louvred designs provide light control, while solid boarded shutters cover the opening when closed.
What warranty comes with your wooden windows?
Our wooden windows are backed by a 10-year warranty under our published terms. Cover depends on the product and finish; pine and fir finishes are excluded from the additional 10-year finish cover. We explain the applicable warranty and care requirements for the products you choose. Read the warranty terms in Italian.
What do you need to prepare a quotation?
Your property location, the products you are interested in, photographs and approximate opening dimensions help us prepare an initial proposal. Architectural drawings or a window schedule are useful if available. Final specifications and measurements are agreed before manufacture.
